Mary - Talent Manager & Public Sector HeadMary started her professional life as a medical scientist qualifying in Biochemistry and Haematology and thought that she would spend her career associated with medicine. However seven years ago she discovered that skills acquired in supporting the NHS and other healthcare organisations could be applied to local government equally successfully and she became the Partnership Director to Lincolnshire County Council delivering a range of back office services to the citizens of Lincolnshire. During this time she worked with several other councils and acquired an in depth knowledge of the attributes required to deliver high quality services to the citizens of these various types of local government organisations. More about Mary: Mary travelled widely whilst developing healthcare clients for an Australian software company and she has been soundly bitten by the travel bug, continuing to cram as many overseas trips as possible into her free time.
