Della combines a strong background of commercial successes, with a broad academic grounding - from formal CIPD route to BSI Quality Auditing and ‘Train the Trainer' qualifications.  Serving the Sodexho group for nine years, she has additionally managed personnel and logistics for many high-profile attractions including Silverstone Race Circuit.  Before setting up her own recruitment business, she served for four years as Operations Director-Catering, for Premiership soccer organisation Leicester City Football Club, where she devised and implemented the new stadium move strategy and was responsible for 400% increased profitability within catering operations, contributing 25% nett on total commercial turnover.

Della’s appetite for work, as well as her work ethic, never ceases to amaze us. She’s a brilliant idea-generator with a really positive, colourful outlook. With vast experience in a variety of business markets and professions she has a genuine passion for customer service.

Della is also our environmental conscience – we have recycled teabags, limited heating (she never feels the cold!) and have a largely paperless office thanks to her. For that we can forgive her main negative trait: A knowledge of football far deeper than your average pub-bore.
